Tea and greetings
The van pulls up, coats come off, and the room fills with hellos. Chai and a light breakfast to start.
Gentle exercise and yoga
Seated stretches, breathing, and easy movement led at a pace that suits every body in the room.
Games and conversation
Cards, board games, bingo, air hockey, and the kind of long argument about cricket that makes a day go quickly.
A hot vegetarian lunch
Indian home cooking, freshly made. Jain and other dietary needs accommodated.
Music and singing
Bhajans, film songs, and familiar melodies. This is where families tell us they hear their parent laugh again.
Rest and quiet time
A calm corner for a nap or a quiet cup of tea, whenever it is needed.
Chai and a light snack
A cup of chai and something small before the ride home, the same way an afternoon at home would go.
Festivals and birthdays
Diwali, Holi, Navratri, Vaisakhi, Eid, and every member birthday, celebrated properly.

Door-to-door transportation, with a call to the family if anything needs mentioning.

A generic day center can offer activities and a hot lunch. It cannot offer the smell of the food your mother grew up on, a room where her jokes land, or staff who greet her in her own language. That is the part families tell us they cannot find anywhere else.

We handle the enrollment.
Approval is what our team does all day. We manage eligibility, paperwork, and enrollment, and many families end up paying nothing out of pocket for day center attendance.

Our staff watches over every member through the day, with nurse oversight, medication reminders, and general health and wellness monitoring built into the routine rather than announced. Nothing is clinical or intrusive about it. It is simply people who know your loved one, paying attention.
If something changes in your loved one’s health, you hear it from us the same day, not at the next appointment.
Getting here is not your problem to solve.
Transportation is part of what makes the center work. We provide transportation for members, and we can arrange Medicaid transportation, or work with families on private-pay transport.
We typically serve members within about 15 miles of the center, and up to 25 miles in some cases. Not sure whether your street is covered? Call and ask. It takes a minute to check.
