Private pay is flexible support at home for families who do not qualify for Medicaid, do not want to wait out an approval, or simply prefer to arrange and pay for care directly. You choose the hours and the level of help, and you can change both as needs change.
If it turns out Medicaid would cover your family, we will tell you. Our approval team is in the next room, and getting families approved is what they do all day. Private pay is a choice here, never a fallback we push you into.

Private pay
You arrange and pay for care directly. No eligibility review, no waiting on a determination, and you can change the hours whenever life changes.
Long-term care insurance
We are getting set up to bill long-term care insurance directly, so your policy covers the care instead of you paying and chasing reimbursement. Have a policy? Mention it and we will review the benefits with you.
VA benefits
Home care through Veterans Affairs programs is on our roadmap for veterans and survivors. If your loved one served, tell us at intake and we will flag the file.
Long-term care insurance and VA billing are not available yet and are subject to approval and contracting. We will confirm what applies to your family in writing before care begins.
